We will start from Granada, exploring this fascinating city, and travel to the vibrant Málaga, passing through the splendid Marbella. This 6-day journey will allow you to immerse yourself in Andalusian culture, explore historical monuments like the Alhambra, and enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol.

You will have the opportunity to experience the history and local flavors of Andalusia, participating in this trip with a group of friends from around the world, with whom you will share unforgettable experiences.

Here we are at the fourth edition of “My Friend In On Tour”! 🥰 Join us for a backpacking journey through the heart of Andalucía, exploring vibrant cities and relaxing coastal scenes. This unique exploration will start on July 24th in Granada and conclude on July 29th in Málaga. Here’s what makes our trip special:

Highlights of our tour:

  1. Comprehensive Andalusian Exploration: Embark on a journey that covers both the cultural depth and the lively modern life of Southern Spain. Starting with two nights in Granada, we’ll explore significant landmarks including the majestic Alhambra. The adventure continues in Málaga, where the vibrant nightlife and historical streets await. We’ll also enjoy a relaxing day trip to Marbella, experiencing one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa del Sol.
  2. Cultural Immersion and Local Flavors: Experience the rich history and culinary delights of Andalucía. From traditional tapas in Granada to fresh seafood in Marbella, each meal will be an opportunity to savor local flavors. Dive into the historical narratives of the region and experience the vibrant local culture firsthand.
  3. Dynamic Group Experience: Travel with a group of up to 7 companions (plus me, making 8 in total). Our group will be a mix of solo travelers and friends, all eager to explore and share memorable experiences. You’ll meet people from various backgrounds and have the chance to forge lasting friendships.
  4. Tailored Itinerary with Flexibility: While we have a planned itinerary, there’s always room to adapt based on the group’s interests. Whether you’re into historical sites, local markets, or just spending more time at the beach, we can adjust to make the most of our journey together.
  5. Comfortable and Convenient Accommodations: Stay in comfortable apartments, sharing rooms to create a homey and communal atmosphere. All accommodations are centrally located, making it easy to explore.

Detailed Itinerary*

  • July 24th-25th: Arrival in Granada, exploration of the city including a guided tour of the Alhambra, and sampling of Granada’s renowned tapas.
  • July 26th: Travel to Málaga, check into our apartment, and explore the city’s vibrant nightlife.
  • July 27th: Day trip to Marbella for beach relaxation and exploration, return to Málaga for another exciting night out.
  • July 28th-29th: Further exploration of Málaga’s historical sites and local cuisine, with plenty of time to enjoy leisurely walks and shopping.

The complete “My Friend In” package offers a unique experience!

What’s Included:

  • Trip planning (bookings, help in finding your flights to and from Spain, itinerary, transportation… think about it: going on a trip to Andalusia on your own, but with the convenience of having everything organized!) Your only task will be to pack your stuff! 🥰
  • Cozy and authentic accommodations.
  • Entrance to the Monumental Area of La Alhambra.
  • Internal transportation (taxis, buses, shuttles).

 

What’s Not Included:

  • Flights to and from Spain.
  • Meals not mentioned in the “what’s included” section.
  • Any personal extras, excursions, etc., not mentioned in the “what’s included” section.

🚗 For a smooth trip, I have arranged taxis, shuttles, and bus transport. I will be your guide, ensuring a seamless journey for our group of up to 7 travel companions (plus me, 8 in total).

🤝 The activities are a mix of cultural, gastronomic, and fun experiences, engaging all your senses. I will, of course, be happy to learn about your preferences and slightly adjust the itinerary/activities with you.

🫰 For expenses like groceries and additional activities, we will use the Splitwise app to simplify our responsibilities.

Travelling for Gran Canaria and choosing My Friend In was one of the best decisions for our holidays . A wonderful experience thanks to the knowledge and organization of My friend in which led us to discover wonderful places such as Anfi del Mar, the Maspalomas Dunes, Mogan, Las Palmas and many others. With Roberta, an incredible and friendly Woman more than a guide , she accompanied us through this journey making us feel like real locals visiting the whole island in comfort and carefree. Mi primera experiencia “solo” en Sudamérica, decidí viajar a Mexico (Yucatán). Pero no solo del todo, porque decidí contratar el maravilloso plan de viaje que ofrece My friend In. Roberta, que es la artífice de este genial proyecto, me asesoró en todo momento sobre lo vuelos más baratos, los alojamientos con mejor calidad precio y un itinerario completo de más de 1.000km por todo el Yucatán e incluyendo actividades que personalmente me gustan como buceo o visita a cenotes. Además, pude disfrutar de su compañía como guía y de su experiencia en viajes, durante toda la expedición.
